Followers know Jason Momoa can act, but did they know he can also dance?
The actor shocked anyone at the Hollywood premiere of Aquaman on Wednesday by doing a haka—a conventional dance in Māori tradition.
The epic second happened soon after the DC star walked the carpet with his spouse, Lisa Bonet, and their kids, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf. He then grabbed his trident, stripped off his black jacket (exhibiting off his physique) and summoned his fellow dancers to be part of him. Momoa seemed to set his heart and soul into each individual of the moves and the chant. Even his little ones joined in on the fun as did his co-star Temuera Morrison, who plays his father in the movie. At one particular stage, Momoa smashed his trident more than his knee, breaking it in 50 percent.
